Issue signing up and logging in

In case you are unable to sign up for a MoveRide account, you may want to make sure:

  1. You are connected to the internet.
  2. You enter a valid phone number.
  3. You do not have an existing account with the same phone number.
  4. The personal information you provide is valid.
  5. The password is strong and longer than six characters.

In case you are unable to log in to the app, please make sure that:

  1. You are connected to the internet.
  2. You enter your phone number and password correctly. Password is case-sensitive.
  3. Refresh the app and try again.
